Gabby, seventh grade student at Resurrection Catholic School, Lakeland, has been notified that she is the seventh grade national winner of the National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution American History Essay Contest. Gabby has been invited to the NSDAR annual conference to be held in Washington, D.C. July 12, 2008. At that time she will be presented a certificate and check for her winning essay on espionage during the American Revolution.

Gabby is a member of BETA Club, National Junior Honor Society, E-Team and treasurer-elect of the Student Government Association. Gabby will be in the eighth grade in August.
